How do I change the octave for my LDP8?

Pretty simple: on my LPK25, I can use the Octave buttons to easily change octaves. But my LDP8 seems "locked" to a low octave.

There is no transpose button on the LPD8 as you know but you can set the pads to be any note you want.
Use the LPD8 editor and set Prog 1, 2, 3 and 4 to be different octaves.

Or put a Pitch MIDI effect before you instrument/drumrack ans use that.

I would still rather just have transpose button on the LPD8 though.
