It's a Clap with a snare together.

He probably didn't layer it himself and just used one from a Vengeance drum library.

Use some widener or wide with a delay.
Little EQ and compression - ready !!!

For a while this was the only claps I was using.

I went into arrangement view and made like 2 or 3 new audio channels, added claps, snares, whatever and layered them up and zoomed right in ever so slightly altered where the samples started so they're a little bit off, some sound really good and some sound awful just experiment and then record the master channel, trim that then into a sampler/drum machine.

I could name any sample pack from Vengeance, but to me they are all the same.
Take any of the Club Sounds or Trance ones...!
