Help ASIO/OS X/Maya EX5 problem...

A friend and I are doing an ableton live set at a very small party tomorrow and we've run into major problems.

Ok, problem one: tiger direct sent us an EX5 instead of an EX. We're going to exchange it soon because they just plain sent the wrong one.

problem 2: how in the heck do you get Live 4 under OS X to realize that the sound card has more than 2 output channels? We've done everything the Live manual says to do with the config of Live itself, but it seems that os x doesn't realize that it has more outputs.

Help is appreciated, since i've been searching the net for os x asio drivers and I can't find anything that is even remotely close to helping. I also need help ASAP, as the help is completely moot if I don't get it before about 10am tomorrow (but just because you're 10 minutes later than that, don't neglet sending the answer).
