Just broke a tooth (it had a big filling in it) and I know it will need capping - it's going to cost more than the price of Live 5 (educational).
I don't have much spare cash, please advise.

Get your friggin teeth fixed mate. Live 5 will be there when you get some more money.

What ishimaru said. Fix it before it gets worse -- it'll cost less, be stronger, and you'll almost certainly make better music when not in pain.

The bad news is : Another chunk of tooth/amalgam came out earlier and there's not much left now
The good news is: if I lose the tooth it will be a lot cheaper than having it capped !
You see, one always has to look for the positive in every bad situation.
