- 1, but I hope live stays without notation.
Try to export midifiles and import them in sibelius first or canorus:

if you export a midi clip, you can open it with music writing software.

I agree.
What we really need is 64 bit support, and other things like comping (audio/midi) and so on...

+1

a score editor not for printing notes but for editing!
nothing complicated, just notes that could be grabbed with the mouse to transpose/relocate like in the midi-editor.
the big + is: you can have a global score, so you can see more than one line at a time and edit different instrument tracks in one go! this is ultra-fast and clear compared to any midi editor.

and to argue "no score, we need 64 bit" is bullshit. we need both! :D

I don't think so...

I said that we don't need score editing, not because it's not usefull (in fact, it would be amazing if they put score editing WITH other important things), but because it seems that each version of Live NEVER really adress all the MAIN desires and needs of users, so it could be a matter of they choosing what they will really implement, so I would rather wish for 64 bit, comping, improved browser that are more crucial things for the majoraty of the users (and are kind "basic" improvement IMHO).

So... let's correct and say that I'm +1 for a score editor SINCE they make Live 64 bit, with comping, improved browser and some surprises lol
