Omnisphere not diplaying challange code? how to fix this?

Just got Omnisphere and when finished installing and then opening in ableton suite 8, challange code not displaying????? whats the deal, I did a quick search and seems like this is an on going problem, window 7. Anyway, does anyone no hot to make this work. It's Friday, and most likely wont get a response from Spectrasonic till Monday. Is there a quick fix??
