just curious when working with audio samples that have a certain sample rate and bitd. like 96k 24bit.
If one would (accidentally or not) put the preferences in/out sample rate to a lower value and export the audio later at the same 96k 24bit, if that would downsample and reupsample the clips or just skip the in / out rate preserving full quality?
probably not but hey one is allowed to dream
