Took this for another thread and figured I might as well put it here. I've come quite a way since the guitar and iBook i first posted to this thread in 2004...

Mono Evolver Keys, Waldorf MicroWave XT (limited gray edition) on top of a Yamaha TX81Z. The speakers are hifi but better than any monitors I could afford right now I think. There's no logo on them so they might be hand-built, like the amp on top of the right one, my brother put together out of ICEPower modules. I love the way it looks and it sounds nice and tight, too.

Stacked on the right is an Akai S900, Kurzweil K2000R (both of which belong to Machinate of this forum, generously on loan), and a Yamaha A5000 sampler. The latter I mostly just use as a DAC into the SPDIF in of my soundcard. All the synths are connected via the MOTU 828 mkI to Machinate's old PC which runs WinXP and Ableton Live very nicely. External instruments in Live makes this a pretty sweet setup... also have the Evolver ins on an output on the MOTU so I can use it as an effect (CRUNCH) without unplugging anything. It's well nice.

(The 12" is Lung & Maxx Roach - Booty Call from last year on Deadplate recordings. It's a banger.)

My main computer runs Linux and Renoise, but I find it almost impossible to break out of 8-bar loop land in Renoise. Live is great for arranging and I must admit I've missed it a lot in the years I've been away.
Suit #1: I mean, have you got any insight as to why a bright boy like this would jeopardize the lives of millions?
Suit #2: No, sir, he says he does this sort of thing for fun.

I haven't had any issues with interference. I get a nice clean signal.

This is our new rehearsal space. Rented/shared studio

This is the first room, not my stuff. It's the studio owners self build modular. I always have to walk through this room to get into the room where I play with a laptop, soundcard and telecaster guitar. One day I need to jam in the first room too 8O

There's a worrying amount of gee-tars on display in this thread...
