I know it's possible but I'd just like a hand before I confuse myself even more.
I have a Korg NanoKontrol2, an Akai LPD8 and a small Midi keyboard.
I'd like to have all these set up at the same time to be able to go from drums to different synths and VST's etc. (Obviously this only applies to the Akai and keyboard)
But I just want to be able to quickly set each controller to different instruments and tracks when I like and without them canceling eachother out (If this is possible?)
I'm relatively new to music production especially using different pieces of equipment so I'd just like to know as an example, i@f i had my Akai pads set up to my drum track could I arm a synth track and just play a riff straight onto my midi keyboard or would I have to go into preferences and swap over?
This all might sound daft but I know this'll be the best place to get some help.
