Weird bass glitch while performing live 8

Hey all
I have this strange problem now for a while and I am getting sick of it, especially now I know that I am going to do my first Live set for a small audience within two weeks :-/

Here is whats going on..:
I'm having these bunch of clips, mostly MP3's and some MIDI in my session view, firing them with my APC40, all the good stuff. Sometimes the bass in a song is kind of wobbling or tripping (the genre is mostly dubstep and yes this music sometimes is known for it's wobbles but the wobbles I am facing here are not meant to be there)
Actually this is all whats going wrong, just the bass not doing what it should to and only to certain songs, I dont get it..
Does anybody know whats going on? The only thing I can tell right now is that I believe everything is warped correctly, but maybe just maybe the problem is related to warping, I'm not shure.

Most probably I have to be more specific and all but right now I dont exactly know what setting can cause or solve the problem.
So if you think you can help me and you need info about my settings, please ask what you need!

If you're warping the bass try different types of warping. Default is usually Beats, but try the other Tones, or Complex, or whatever types in the drop down box. That might do the trick.

hmm I advanced several minutes after my post, it had indeed something to do with the warpmode?
I switched it from beats to pro and the bass problem is gone, the track is completely out of sync tho, but that seems easy to fix to me.
