Vst's not showing up in Ableton live 8 Suite.

My third party Vst's are not showing up in Ableton Live 8.Everything was fine with Omnisphere,Trillian,Fl-Studio,Bass Station,until I loaded up Komplete 8 Ultimate into Ableton Live 8.Now all of my third part Vst's are gone in Ableton Live 8,the screen is blank.I wrote Ableton Live and Native Instruments,and each one blames the other.Is there a way I can start over Ableton Live 8?Like a factory fresh reset?I'm suprised nobody else is dealing with this bug?As you can tell i'm still a newbie.I can't find where the files went in Ableton Live 8.I don't know if Komplete 8 sent them to another folder,or what.
