Looper Record Bar Length Option Accessible using M4L

Hi everyone,

the record bar length option of Lives Looper device can't be controlled using Midi. I have M4L so I was wondering if by any chance I would be able to control this value. I did a quick test and polled all device parameters using live.object. But it gives me just the ones that are accessible via Midi. I read in the LOM reference that some parameters can be disabled by live (if it thinks it they should not be used/changed).

Is it maybe possible to "activate" or make this parameter controllable using M4L?

Some background info: I am building a looper setup and I know that using the record x-bar setting should just work fine as long as all my transport/quantization settings are setup correctly. On the other hand it would be really convenient to be able to switch between loop lengths and let the looper just stop recording and switch into playback automatically.
