Live Vocal Pitch Manipulation in Ableton?

So I'm using Grain Delay to pitch shift live vocals, but I get too choppy of a sound at higher frequency and too much of a dry sound (even at 100% wet) when lowering the frequency. Any tips on how to pitch shift LIVE vocals (I emphasize this because I have no trouble with recorded vocals)? Any vsts or plugins that are helpful?
