Can anybody tell, how to configure Midiox, so i can turn/off plugins/git-fx. The midibuddy only sends programchange-messages, which need to be translated in what? Its no problem controling scenes and starting clips, etc. But I need to control diverse fx, such as delay, corpus, etc. HELP! Thanx;-)

Search for clyphx, it's a script that allows you to use clipnames to trigger actions such as device on etc... You can trigger those clips and control your fx and stuff...

Dump midiyoke and midiox and start over with clyphX. In ableton it's much more powerful, elegant and clear than those. You'll have it set up in no time, the support is great and it will open up a new world for you. That's at least what it was like for me.

i just had a look, and its looks ok actually;) before i start digging deeper - do you or anybody know if i can trigger it with a footconroller tat only sends program-change-messages (like midibuddy)? thx...

I must admit i never had to deal with program change messages so far but i would be suprised if clyphX wouldn'd be able to digest those. As far as i remember one of the 3 X-trigger types (you can see how much i appreciate this script by making the effort of capitalizing all the X') responds directly to midi controlers (called X-device or something).

There are some youtube vids which might answer your question. Search for clyphX X-triggers (sorry can't access youtube to get the links due to my crappy chinese internet connection).

If that doesn't get you any further i'd suggest you post your question in this forum (which china greatfully allows me to access):

in the end i figured out the function of boomes classic translater. actually, as most times, the solution is quite simple. it needs a little time though. anyway thx for replies and tips
