M-Audio Ozone software bundle

I bought an Ozone in April and the software bundle (Live Lite 4) was missing. Since then I have had very little success in getting M-Audio to send me a copy. It is incredibly frustrating as a) at the moment I can't afford the full version of Live and b) I will not use cracked software. I know there's a demo of the full version for download but on a dial-up?

Has anyone else had problems with M-Audio? I eventually got a response saying there'd been a manufacturing problem in the states and they had no CDs but my emails are now being ignored again a month later.

I had the same problem recently in that Live Lite 4 was missing. I called the U.S. tech support number on their website and talked to someone & gave them my address, and I got a disk in the mail about a week later.
