okay thanks a lot

and is it possible to execute the max patches without the full version of max4live? currently did all the stuff (also for friends and community) in python, but now when i start to implement everything in max, would be nice if everybody can use it without buying full max version.

Python integration with Max (using the stuff you've already done or any Control Surface Scripting in conjunction with Max) will require m4l. No need for the full version of Max, though. Does that answer your question?
