Problem With The Harmony of 2 Tracks

Hey There

(sorry about my bad english )

I m producing a project which contain two tracks (Track 1, Track 2) and a simple bassline.
When I play the two tracks together, they don't are together in harmony. So my question is,
what can I do to fix this problem or what is the problem?
