This chord sound

Hi i'm trying to make this chord sound and i'm pretty close but i cant get the exact sound of it

Are you asking about designing the actual sound or what chords are being played?

If its the latter:

C minor – Ab major – C minor – Bb major most of the time, then Bb major – Ab major at the end of the phrase before the vocals come in.

Sounds like a standard supersaw being sidechained.

Lot's of synths have a supersaw preset. If not, it's pretty easy to create. I'm guessing since you're trying to make Skrillex sounds that you're using Massive, so:
All 3 oscillators set to sawtooth, amp all the way up.
Detune one of them -10 cents, one +10 cents, and the third pitch down an octave.
Add some white noise, synced delay, and reverb to taste, my preset has the dry/wets and white noise amp at about 10 o'clock, color all the way up on the white noise, all else default.
Boost the high frequencies.
Turn up the unison detune to 5-ish.
