It's a strange one I'll admit because I've been using Live since version 5 and I've never had a problem with the sound changing on exporting audio or rendering finished tracks. I do feel for you on this one.wasoota wrote:Resampling the main out works of course, but it's ridiculous that you can't use the export function reliably.
Help please - Exporting audio is changing my mix!!!?

I remember one time something like this happened to me and I was like WTF! I reloaded the project and rendered it and everything came out fine so I didn't think much about it. Then, some time later, I was working on a track and it happened again, this time while the track was playing. I started looking through the effects trying to figure out what the problem was, until I realized I had accidentally made a tweak in session view and the little red light had come on. I knew right then the same thing had probably happened right before I exported the first time I had that problem.

Hi. Good thought, but no - it isn't that. I have reloaded, and completely deleted the arrangement and tried a small 10 second new arrangement... same problem. It has always played perfectly in both arrangement AND session view, it is only when rendered to disk that the .wav is wrong.
I have worked around the issue, and now all is sounding fine. But to get there, I had to freeze all tracks. This makes me think that there is an issue with off-line mixdown when CPU is being hammered.
Final track is here - whether it is any good or not is for you to decide, but it DOES sound the same as when I play it in Live?
