Triggering With UC33 Buttons - double-click?

Post by telekom » Sun Jul 10, 2005 9:34 pm

When I use the uc33 buttons to trigger clips in Live, I have to press 'em twice. I think once should be enough but I can't work out how to do it. I couldn't get the answer in the manual (or in the advanced manual I d/led)- anybody? I searched here too but to no avail - sigh.

Have a look at this thread:

There is a descripton how to change the behaviour.

Thanks Steve,
That's a great help. I didn't find that thread when I was searching here...I think we all have to wonder a little about why evolution didn't actually include a Live preset with the uc33e... Then they could have done the sensible thing and had a preset with midi notes sent from the controller buttons, since lots of people will want them for triggering/muting channels etc... just my 2p worth...

and yes I will email evolution about this and stop groaning all over this forum about it...

Thanks Steve!
