Fine-Tune the Pitch of Internal Instruments

Is there a way to fine-tune the pitch of the internal instrument racks?

I have a sample that's a bit sharp, and rather than trying to re-sample (which would then change the speed and mess up my entire project (and yes I know how to use warp but my sample situation is complicated)) I'm wondering if I can slightly tune up the internal instruments to match the sample.

all of Live's instruments can be tuned by cents (using the fine tune parameter). In theory I'm with funken though - surely its quicker to tune the sample. in theory....

In the clip envelope window on any midi track you can do a constant pitch bend under MIDI control to get your instruments into key. Otherwise it may be worth it to simply warp the current sample using repitch mode and then adjust the speed of your track until it's in tune.

Or how about changing the tempo slightly until the sample matches the instruments, continue to work until finished, then once everything is audio (or mixdown) go back to the original tempo? The slight change shouldn't make much of a difference and you still keep the quality.
