Now Afrojack whines about Hiltons Djing but who asked him to produce her in the first place. Remember my fathers words "if you touch shit you will stink like one". Anyway all those actions are PR moves, attention seeking since those individuals have no other talents to base on ( music could be one) after all Hilton and/or celeb DJs are famous for being famous.

It will be forgotten in a few months like an silly embarrassing memory. "Hey remember that time Paris Hilton tried to dj?", "No, was it worth bringing up?"
I think it's closer to "Like attracts like""if you touch shit you will stink like one"
That's not hard work, that's BASIC 101.It’s hard work, you know – as a lot of people say, it’s not just pressing play. You have to know how the laptop programs or CDJs work, you have to know what the equaliser is, what the effects are.

Her cans match her dress! How many of you haters can say that about yourselves, eh?

I’m not really sure why we’re hating on Paris Hilton for DJing now. She’s a few years past jumping on some kind of bandwagon and if anything, purists should be more pissed that software has made it easy for anybody with basic motor skills and a collection of proven hits to pack a dance floor.
Plus I guarantee she isn’t stealing any gigs from anybody on here or anybody you respect.
Shit, I’d go to a Hilton gig for the lolz. Is that the point? That I shouldn’t throw my money at somebody I can’t take seriously? Should I stop going to comedy clubs?

I guess, if you want to pay to see someone make no attempt at being a comedian as she just stands there knowing people just paid to see here as she yells "I love comedehhh!". It's your pierogitive.

Heh, did ya see what I did there? Now THAT is fucking GOLD
But it's not like something bad is going to happen just cuz she's doing it, so let her and her fans have their little corner and the rest of us can laugh and roll our eyes.

Probably an age related thing but it’s been near impossible for me to find any new non commercial dance tracks or DJ mixes over the last couple months that I really liked. It seems groove, feeling, and journey are no longer desired elements. It’s all minimalism or grime. Part of me wants to blame the easily available tools for all mixed with low expectations beyond low end. I even bought Deadmau5’s last full album because I really liked his singles and EPs, but there really isn’t a lot going on in his full album on most tracks. A lot of the tracks sound like a big build up to nothing.
I believe skills aside I would enjoy a Paris Hilton DJ set more than most other DJs because she’d grab for the groove filled hits instead of 7 minute tracks that are a tribute to monotony.

Mint!
What happened to Electro House? Played out? It’s all been done? Last I checked Beat Port it was a big yawn fest and a lot of it I had to question who decided it was Electro House. It seems everybody is aiming for Dub Step or Eastern Block German Techno.
