cycling74.com won't open for 3 days now?

I have been trying for 3 days to open the cycling74.com website and it just will not open.
I tried firefox, IE 9 and Chrome. All other websites I go to open right up. but not cycling74.com

I emailed them directly but still no word.
Does anyone else have this problem?
Just doing a sanity check.

yeah, I bet my ISP is blocking their IP address range. I'll try a different provider when I go to my office tomorrow.
