Re: iPad
yessir got the 3/64/4g model, now I'm just trying to hold on to it. do you know those mofos want $40 dollars for some damn plastic wrap to cover the screen, at prices like that I might just have to get some real plastic wrap to cover the screen.
the issue I'm having is making sure I have whats needed and not a whole lotta overkill, I believe in starving but not starving for no reason, like if an ipad 2/16 did the job that I got this one to do….we shall see I'm gonna give it another day.

Re: iPad
Yes, an iPad 2/16 could handle what your generous single day of testing can do, but it’s about future proofing. You could also go to rent-a-wreck and get a 1987 Corolla on the cheap that would handle your grocery shopping needs for that day but you might want to look a little further past that.starving student wrote:yessir got the 3/64/4g model, now I'm just trying to hold on to it. do you know those mofos want $40 dollars for some damn plastic wrap to cover the screen, at prices like that I might just have to get some real plastic wrap to cover the screen.

Re: iPad
It would seem appropriate to advertise music iPad apps in this thread, but it's being advertised in about a dozen other threads. It's bordering on being bitwigdiculous.

Re: iPad
beats that was stunningly visual, I could actually see and feel myself driving to the grocery store in that corrolla, not only that but in my mind it was as cheap as you described it. I've told you before and I'll say it again I don't know what the hell you actually do at your job but you're one hell of a writer.beats me wrote:Yes, an iPad 2/16 could handle what your generous single day of testing can do, but it’s about future proofing. Re: iPad
Sell the iPad and get the Roland. Everybody has an iPad anyway.
I always found being tasteful with business mentality is respectful and noble which motivates me to support that company, while one shamelessly spamming regardless of it being a deal or not turns me off and drives me away as a customer. Not to mention those deals are probably already advertised in emails and websites. SMH
Dude you're being creepy.
Yes, exactly. BTW in case you took it the wrong way I was talking to IK.It would seem appropriate to advertise music iPad apps in this thread, but it's being advertised in about a dozen other threads. It's bordering on being bitwigdiculous.

You’re on a new plain of existence now. Lay off your old school ways of buying hardware for a couple months and go drop $20 on a handful of music apps. There’s plenty out there to keep you busy and creative. And if you get bored with those there’s plenty more out there for just a few bucks. And you don’t have leave the house. And you get them NOW.
I’m starting to well up from the beauty of the walled garden.

Whoa wait a minute. You're already with a Juno-6? I'm assuming then that she's already aware you like to give strays a home, is that it? Otherwise you're obviously in the doghouse. Fuck it I'd definitely say you can get apps better than than an HS-60. Unless of course you need an HS-60 to be that authentic homeless guy playing on the corner for spice. If it was an Emu sampler sure, but, whatever dude.

Re: iPad
I dunno. It's up to you to decide whether you need the spirit of h/w compared to the pluses of the s/w. If the hs-60 is pretty much a 106, then there's plenty of options for you, if you don't constrain yourself to just the ipad for s/w.
What happens after an hour of playing with the hs-60 and it starts doing some goofy shit? Goofy shit that ain't cool? What if it craps out on you? Is the authenticity of it going to be worth it? I can't answer that. Maybe it's totally worth it. /shrugalicious

Re: iPad
that's like saying use crutches because your legs could give out in any second.
it's not about authenticity it's about the sound. I have everything by arturia, gforce, and Ni and really like allot of it but that in no way means that that hs-60 isn't very much worth it's price, 250s a steal. I'm no purist I just spent a grand of my life so that I could have a $29 program animoog……….. brrrrrr brrrrrrrrr

Re: iPad
Are your legs old and being sold for cheap?
Have you exhausted the plethora of 106 emulations?
But hey man, do what thou wilt
