Midi track sounds different than the same track recorded

Hi I need advise,

I play a software synth raw, without any FX, compressors etc. on a midi track. It sounds the way I want it to.
Now I render or record it to an audio track.
Now, when I play the recorded sound in the audio track it is much more quiet, and lost dynamics.

What am I doing wrong?

What technique are you using to convert to audio?

arm the track, record button, play,
But no matter if I use export Loop as audio or if I record it to an audio track, result is the same...

Have you tried flatten and freeze?
