Midi clock is off 1 bpm to slave OR master

My live 1.5 is off the bpm , there is no way I can use this live if the bpm is not measured correctly, Any programers no how to hack this problem out or something? its not in latency , I am quite sure. Live measures the bpm wrong!

ni nrg,

live 1.52 syncs to exactly 3/4 (three quarters) of the original tempo of my k2000 or logics midi clock...

I use a midiman 2x2 usb midi interface on mac os x...

got any reply from ableton support? they said it got fixed in the V2... which I also don't have
