did you mod tha apc? looks you have no shitty inclined front on yours
Re: Post your set up and your sexy cat...
No Sir, no mods. I guess it's just the angle I took the picture. I saw someone with labels going down the front so it seems the slope would make those easier to read if you were so inclined...Muzik 4 Machines wrote:did you mod tha apc? looks you have no shitty inclined front on yours

it may have been mine i have a huge strip of tape in the slope with labels, but i so wish it was square, it would take less space in a case

Absolutely great on mac OSX (no drivers needed, core audio compatible), low latency, great sound. How's the Mackie Blackjack? Been thinking about it myself.
No midi and no 96khz, but i don't need this, 44,1 kHz/24 bits is enough for what i'm doing.
for the price, i think its really the best soundcard you can get (the focusrite saffire 6 USB is also the one to check on this price category), I dare to say that the sound is comparable to an apogee duet.
The preamps are really really great too.
On windows, Drivers are not really good, but it kinds of work ok with ASIO4all.
To sum up, if you just need two really goods ins and outs, and that's it, then it's perfect.
15" Macbook Pro 2,3 quadcore I7 2012/8gb ram/240gb SSD/ LIVE 9.06/OSX 10.8.5, NI Komplete audio 6

Unfortunately, my siamese and tabby are in the ex's hands. Not much really, did make the speaker stands myself though. I'm a fabricator by trade.

Something tells me you're really into burial.Poibles wrote:

Was going to put a The Field cover but they all the same. As long as the purpose of looking ridiculously cool on an internet forum is achieved, I'm happy. Have all my favourite artists cycling in the background to remind me how shit I am and how pointless it all really is.

Live need 1080p or my brain fries anyway. Don't want another monitor, it's OK, films in bed and deeeeply into live when I can.
