Obama's America. If you wonder why it seems he is destroying the country on purpose, you need to see this to find out why.

Weird. Even though this is from 2007, this was the movie that sprang to my mind when I saw the thread. Whenever someone asks for a movie recommendation, this one is always my first. Loved it. And the whole thing takes place in a living room pretty much.Logic8807 wrote:The Man From Earth
Professional Shark Jumper.

I tend to agree with the earlier made comment about the Lounge, this seems much more fitting over there.
But having said that... A very good recent instruction movie, one which I still like to watch every now and then, is the Propellerheads Pulsar LFO micro tutorial.
Even if you don't have Reason 6.5 or the Pulsar, it still gives you a very good insight view of what an LFO can actually do (and the impact it may have). Although to be honest I kinda missed an example where one would put the Pulsar's audio output and mix that into the main sound score.
You don't always need to change control settings in order to generate a wobble...
Oh, and in case you want to know all about the Pulsar rack extension, check out this hilarious Pulsar commercial.
IMO Propellerheads are scoring quite big with their usually outstanding video tutorials.
