I agree with your opening few lines.I like using Live for the same reasons, horray!!!

My latest track too me around 3hrs to make,which is a record for me,(sorry no pun untented,ha,ha)

Yep its true Funken!!As I mentioned before,I had come from a Reason background before.

Thanks to you and other's here,have enabled me to transfer my knowledge, over to Live,and settle into Lives way of producing tracks

I generally have a rough idea of the type of sound or style to go for,using a white board to jot ideas down.Maybe come up with a name of the track first (I have a vivid imagination,lol) and then mould the sounds to that.

The more I use Live,the more comfortable I feel,with work flow and the like.Tend to limit myself to about 2hrs each time or so,then have a break.

Plus a lot of experimenting, and frequent visits,(If I get stuck) to my collection of MacPro tutorials,lol
