does anyone know if you can use the digi 002 as a controller for live? :?:

mac g5, dual 2.7, 1g ram
windows xp, 3.2 ghz, 1gb ram,
pro tools le, digi 002
live, reason, oxygen 8, mobile pre, pod guitar port and xt live, novation k station, misc other audio programs: audition, wavelab, director

definately not as a midi controller. you could use it as a soundcard to record into live.

You can't use the 002 as a controller for anything other than Pro Tools LE. It's a limitation imposed by Digidesign.

so mackie is the only control surface that ableton implaments........?????? :?:

I use a Tascam FW 1884--which was a bit awkward in 4. It seems to be behaving very nicely in 5, tho. My first day with it. I love the 1884 and know a lot of people swear by it.

I now swear by it.. works soooo good in 5.
