Possible OSX bug...getting stuck, literally.

In OSX you are able to grab the Live window by the top strip(where the red,yellow,green lights are) and move it up underneath the menu bar(where file, edit,options,etc are). Once you have done this there is no way to get it back down. You can move it up there in OS 9 also but you can grab the borders around the edge to move it back. OSX doesn't use borders on the side or bottom so it's basically stuck there...as far as i can tell. maybe i'm just missing something?
