Dmx control inside ableton

Hiya i have just purchased a kam dmx tri 160 laser. I have never dealt with dmx before what are you guys using to control dmx lasers within Ableton. Also anyone able to reccomend a good basic dmx controller i dont plan to add any other lasers anytime soon so something basic should do .

No, you won't need M4L necessarily.
There are some other options like DMXIS.

Or you can use a USB-to-DMX interface and a freeware to go
from MIDI to DMX on your computer. Or, as you plan to buy
a DMX-Controller, buy one which offers MIDI-to-DMX.
