Sample editor (rex files)

Just like a .rex file is there any other type of file that is compatible to Ableton like that. and if so what type of file.

@doghouse lol alright.

Say i find a sample then i chop it in ReCycle, save it as a rex file, open ableton, drop the rex file into ableton then ableton shows the slice marks and then do whatever.
So i was wondering if there is any other kind of program that has the same ability to do the same recycle.

Uhm, yeah: Ableton Live. Right-click any sample in the browser and click 'slice to new MIDI track'.
