shuffle clips for session view

I have always been wanting this feature, where, as you drag a clip to a slot where there is already a clip; instead of erasing the preexisting clip you could have options (with modifer keys) to shuffle the column of clips up or down or simply swap the positions of one clip for another.
When organizing a whole matrix of clips in columns and tracks, I would like there to be more intuitive editing features for moving clips around.
