How to post question to Ableton Answers?

Sorry for being offtopic, but I don't know where else to get that information:

As there is no help exchange forum anymore, how can I post a question to http://ableton.com/answers ? I'm logged in, my copy is authorized for the account and I don't see a post button.

Support is taking forever and I think my issue can be solved by crowdsourcing, that's why I want to put it on "Answers".
