HELP: pads on Lauchpads maybe too stiff on mine?

Hi folks.

I think I have a problem. I just bought a Launchpad. But to my surprise the pads are much stiffer then I expected... I'm afraid that I bought a bad one.

Because when I look at Lauchpad videos on YouTube (Like Madeon and M4SONIC) all their fingers can do everything very fast without any effort.
On my Lauchpad it is impossible to do that. Then I (and other people who tried it) get cramps in the fingers after 10 seconds because of the stiffness of the pads. It seems that they need to be operated with more force than the launch pads in the videos.

So my questions:
People who own a Launchpad... are the pads getting smoother after using them a lot?
Do you think I have a bad copy of the Launchpad and I need to return it?

Well, they definitely don't get more sensitive over time, but I can't really tell you if you have a bad one or not.

I find the pads easy to press down...

Ok thanks for the answers guys. I just send mine back to the shop and tomorrow I receive an other new Launchpad. I hope this one will be easier to pad on
