vst sounds different in Live

I have noticed that when I play some vstis in Live they sound different, then when I play then in FLstudio. Although I play my sounds at the same octive in both programs, the vst in Live sounds higher. I really seem to notice the difference with acid type sounds.

no, i think it's the other way around: they sound different in FLStudio.

well, maybe i should try FLStudio first...

Might be good to try a third host (a demo maybe?) and see which is the "odd man out."

One possibility: Does FL have a transpose option or something like that?
