BCR2000 not working properly

I never had any issues with mine - auto map blue thing works ok as well.

I have treated it well with no bashing around though.

i've had my bcr2000 about 4 years or so, had worked flawlessly until a while ago. the usb connection would randomly crap out, so i tested different usb cabels, ports, computers. all dead. so i MIDI-ed it up and it works fine. so i guess these things have a tendency for the usb connection to fizzle out and die. i also contacted behringer, got their "reply after one business day" message...... that was over a month ago! so i now just have mine connectd via MIDI and manually map everything.
