maschine 1.8.2. template, what does the duplicate button do?

hi there

i installed the 1.8.2 update of maschine including the ableton template, and everything works fine. but since NI support is unable to supply a doc for the template i still haven't figured out what the duplicate button does. anyone with maschine got a clue?

Try opening the Controller Editor directory in your program files. NI snuck the Ableton template documentation as its own PDF in there.

Holding Duplicate sets cross fade assignments to A/B/None
