video tracking to midi?

Post by edes421 » Wed Jan 09, 2013 10:01 pm

I'm looking for a consultant who maybe could help me out with an awesome project utilizing video shape tracking.

(PM me if you are that person)

Vague request is vague.

Depending on the specifics of what you're trying to do ( e.g. Does this have anything to do with Live? If so are you looking for a M4L developer? What hardware? Kinect? etc.) you will almost certainly have better luck posting this in the Max For Live forum on this site or on Cycling 74's Max/M4L forums.

I've only just started into this stuff so i'm not your guy buddy, but this is an interesting tool, Reactivision, they have tool kits for max, pd, c++ java etc and it's all free, it tracks "fiducials" and finger gestures using a webcam.
