what sound are you after?

the most classic techno chords are for me the ones at the beginning of "It is what it is" by Rhyhtim is Rhythim

There's got to be some point in the songs you're listening to where they are isolated enough for you to sample.
What better way are you going to get the sound you're after?

I think they are from Jupiter 8 or something with some reverb.

Any VST subtractive can make these sounds - it will be in the presets in most cases.

Then try experimenting, maybe taking down the decay to get more of the tighter sound you are after.
