how I can start my Live.grid when Ableton live start?

I would like to know how I can start my Live.grid when Ableton live start?

I want that when I start ableton (play) the live.grid starts as well and then send midi note.. bla bla.
I tried many things .. live.observer, transport... I am lost
I tried to find some answers on this forum and the tutorials but I could not find an answer
