I'm plugging into a fender spring reverb unit and that's going into to an m-audio fast track usb. when the sound gets into ableton, the wave it records is SUPER SMALL. even zooming way in on it hardly shows any distinction. I also noticed the mixer/volume level for this track will sound like its at the right level in the mix but peaks at like -28 db while at the same making the MASTER CLIP?!(with nothing else playing) What am i not getting here ? I also put guitar rig on it to get it sounding better and louder...and i have to turn the volumes to max in guitar rig.
when i plug into my fast track without the reverb unit, everything seems normal again and the wave records at a more noticeable size.
