Live 5/Operator Upgrade Question

Hi there,
I'm one of the folks who unlocked Live 4 after June 1, 2005, which entitled me to upgrade to Live 5 for free. I saw that Operator is offered at a discounted price if you upgrade to 5 between now and the end of the month. I've just downloaded Live 5, but I wasn't given the option of downloading Operator for the special offer price. Does anyone know -- am I not eligible because my upgrade was free?
