no i'm not paying that much extra for a box and an already shakey upgrade path/scheme to begin with. i've always purchased the box, not just with Live.

skip lengthy downloads
no need for internet feed to DAW other than auth.

those are all PROS not CONS in my eyes. and the real point is the [additional] price.

Consider it a enviromental tax for the shipping and waste.

the shipping was another 10 bucks... effectively making the whole exercise 60 dollars.

there wasn't going to be any waste because i planned on using it... not throwing it away.

Go print the manual yourself. What the hell do you want it shipped for anyways? The Abes always print it out too small. Kinkos will convert it to a man's sized, 8x11 book and you'll have 10x the fun for just under their exorbitant rate.

I am the sales manager for a 4 city-block sales region, so I know a thing or two about getting manuals - little man.

I'm pissed, and I already OWN Suite 8!!! I don't want to pay $50 for a damn box. I'm sure they'll charge $50 to ship out Push as well, maxing it out at $650+.
