Can anyone with live 9 give a definitive answer to these que

1 Is the automation timing fixed in live 9 (where automation would be off, affected by buffer size of audio interface)

2 Are nprn messages able to be automated in live 9 in clip and arrange view?

3 are CC messages able to be automated in arrange window and not just clip view?
