Live 9 drag and drop clips to library?

Live 9 drag and drop clips to library?

In Live 8 I would constantly drag clips to the library folders from the session view which would store the audio/midi and whatever fx/instruments used on the clips track. This isn't working in Live 9 but I assume that this feature hasn't been moved as its very handy. Has anyone figured out how to do this in 9?

They might intend for you to drag them into the User folder. I am not sure.
