How to apply coupon from Cytomic?

Hey guys,

I am owner of The Glue standalone, so I received a 10% discount code from Cytomic on Live9 upgrade. I added Live9 to shopping cart, proceed to payment... and there is no input where I could enter the discount code. Maybe I'm blind :) but can you tell me where how can one apply the code? May it be combined with current 50EUR discount (till 12march)?

In Cart page you can find the blue text at the bottom left frame corner "enter coupon code"
