live 8 suite+maxforlive to live 9 suite upgrade price?

i own ableton live 8 suite + maxforlive, i want to upgrade to live 9 suite,
please can anyone confirm that the price is 169 euro?
I already own maxforlive and max 6 and i remember someone from ableton told
that would have been a discount for the live 8 suite maxforlive owners.
I already mailed ableton but still no reply, and i need to know this asap
because i see there's a discount if i buy before 12 of march.
