Browser woes

@snakedogman, yeah I guess that is a solution - seems a bit clumsy having to add and remove items from the places list for every project, but it's a decent workaround for the time being

I hope you can fix it without dropping it altogether Amaury. The fast searches are a big deal to a lot of people. In Live 8 if I searched for a common item it could take several minutes.

How about having both an indexing system and a direct browser, and a choice of either or both?

Our goal is to maintain the fast search.
